A well-organized wedding
is a sight to behold. From the perfect bouquet to the coordinated bridal party, everything comes together effortlessly and without a hitch—yet it takes countless hours of preparation in order to achieve that level of perfection.
One area that often gets overlooked as we plan our weddings is how we will actually pull off this big event; how do we decorate the venue? How do we seat all of our guests? What plates will they eat from? Do we even have enough chairs for everyone? And so on!
A great way to answer those questions and make sure you don't forget anything important is by renting what you need (instead of buying). This way, there's no need for storage space at home or extra costs over time because once your big day is over, everything goes back into someone else's warehouse until next time. Many venues have tables and chairs available with the rental contract but making sure they fit your decor is so important!
To see many examples of what we will discuss see our Portfolio Page. Then come back to read all about these 4 items and why you must have them for your wedding!
In this blog post, I'll share with you eight of my most common wedding rental items that are must-haves in order for any wedding reception to go off without any problems!
Chiavari Chairs are a very popular option for wedding events but what are chiavari chairs?
Chiavari chairs are traditional banquet seating that provides comfort and style to any ceremony or reception. The back legs of these chairs have a distinct design with lots of curves, which gives them their signature look. They come in many different sizes, styles and colors!
The benefits of having Chiavari chairs include:
China plates and chargers are a must for any wedding. They're not just for show—they actually serve as a table's foundation, so it's important to choose pieces that can handle the load of food, drinks and dessert.
If you're not sure what to get, consider renting a set that comes with both china plates (for dinner) and charger plates (for appetizers). Another option is to rent separate sets of dishes in different sizes: one large enough for dinner service, another larger set meant only for appetizers (if needed).
Lace runners are also nice ways to add style while keeping everything in place; they simply lay down underneath each setting before adding the dinnerware.
And don't forget about glassware! You'll need flutes or champagne glasses if you're serving sparkling wine at cocktail hour or other beverages during dinner time; use water glasses instead if they're seated next to their food courses.
For formal events like weddings where people may take multiple courses throughout the night, I recommend using heavy-duty plastic flatware like melamine instead of fragile silverware because it won't bend under pressure or break easily when dropped on accident."
The dessert table is the most common staple at any wedding. It can be used as a dessert table, an ice cream bar or even a candy bar. This item is a great way to add a little extra to your wedding without needing anything else that can be expensive.
The dessert table is perfect because it allows you to make sure everyone has access to their favorite desserts without having any food left over at the end of your reception.
And don’t forget the table for the bride and groom cakes. These should be on a separate table or location that is a focal point of your evening and easy to access so family or staff are able to cut and serve the pieces of cake.
There’s nothing quite like a wedding. It’s an exciting event that will bring two families together and a couple forming new bonds and celebrating love.
To make it even better, rent the right items to make your special day stress free and beautiful! Renting wedding items is smart because you only need them for a few days. Plus, you don’t have to worry about storing the items afterwards or cleaning them up after use.
