Day of Coordination Package:

This package is for the clients who have all of their details and vendors set, but need a designated person to manage their day to ensure it goes smoothly and all wishes are executed perfectly. This package includes the following:

  • 1 planning meeting 6-8 weeks prior to wedding day
  • Timeline Creation
  • Processional Lineup Assistance
  • Venue Layout Design Creation
  • Rehearsal Facilitation (2 hours including drive time. Additional hours may require additional fees)
  • 10 hours on site- facilitates and manages entire event
  • Vendor Communication- sends timeline and info to all vendors prior to wedding, and vendor communication and management day of wedding

Partial Planning Package:

This package is for the couple who has most of their details and vendors set, but need a little extra help tying up the loose ends in the final weeks. Allows the couple to relax and let go of the planning process in the weeks leading up to the day and allow a professional to take over and ensure every detail is accounted for. This package includes the following:

  • 1 planning meeting and 1 final meeting beginning 8 weeks prior to wedding day
  • Timeline Creation
  • Processional Lineup Assistance
  • Venue Layout Design Creation
  • Rehearsal Facilitation 
  • 12 hours on site- facilitates and manages entire event
  • Planning Services in final 8 weeks prior to wedding day- final vendor selection, contract review, vendor communication
  • Unlimited communication from the start of the contract date for the couple as well as vendors

Full Planning + Decor Package:

This package is for the couple that wants help planning their day from beginning to end. This allows a completely stress free planning experience to ensure that this exciting part of your life is enjoyable and fun, and leaves the hard part to the experts. It also includes all the decor you need for your space, so you never have to worry about anything. This package includes the following:

  • Unlimited planning meetings and communication
  • Venue visits for both selection and planning
  • Vendor recommendation and selection
  • Contract Review
  • Attends vendor meetings, if needed (tastings, dress selection, floral design, DJ meetings, photo/video consults, etc)
  • Timeline Creation
  • Processional Lineup Assistance
  • Venue Layout Design Creation
  • Rehearsal Facilitation
  • Unlimited hours on site day of- event management from start to finish
  • Decor Rental Package

Decor Rental Package:

Our decor rental package is for the couple who wants a beautifully decorated venue without having to worry about purchasing all that is needed, setting up or taking it all home after the event. This allows you and your family a stress free set up process, as the decor will be delivered, installed and torn down at the end of the night. Examples of what is included are:

  • Centerpieces
  • Candles
  • Charger Plates
  • Lanterns
  • Decor for ancillary tables- cake, welcome, gifts and cards, memory, etc.
  • Signage
  • Ceremony decor
  • easels

*Linens not included in decor rental package

    Yes!  We offer tiered packages in order to fit anyone's needs.  Our coordination services range from day of only, to partial planning (6-8 weeks prior to event), all the way up to full planning services.  Not sure what is best for you?  Reach out and we can help determine what is best!


  • How does your decor rental package work?

    Our decor package is simple: we begin at a base price, and customize it based on your needs.  You have access to our full line of decor rentals so you get what you love the most.  Let us decorate your space so you don't have to.  We will deliver, set up and take everything away at the end of the event so you never have to think about it again!

  • What is included in the decor rental package?

    The decor package includes nearly everything required to decorate your whole space, whether it's a small space or a large venue.  You have access to centerpieces, ceremony decor, signage, candles, etc.  Need other items, such as linens, arches, or dinnerware?  We've got you- just add it to your package!

  • What should we expect?

    A stress free, happy planning process!  No one wants to get to the end of planning their happiest day and be so stressed they can't enjoy it.  We will meet and go over every detail step by step, so you never feel overwhelmed.
